Z4Rummy processes refund requests only in specific cases, such as accidental or erroneous cash credit. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process for our users.

1. Player Verification

  • We validate user details at multiple stages during the registration and gameplay process.
  • If verification fails despite repeated attempts, we reserve the right to suspend the account.
  • In such cases, the remaining balance (after service charges) will be refunded to the original payment method.
  • Verification failures may occur due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by users.

2. Game Termination

  • We are not responsible for game interruptions caused by network failure, device issues, malware, power outage, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Players should ensure stable internet connectivity and proper device functionality before participating in cash games.
  • Technical issues on the player's end do not qualify for refunds.
  • We recommend using a reliable internet connection and keeping devices updated for optimal gaming experience.

3. Game Pause

  • If a cash game is paused due to technical issues on our platform, players must not close or log out during the pause.
  • If the game resumes, play continues normally.
  • If the game is cancelled due to technical issues, buy‑in amounts are refunded within 24 hours.
  • Players will be notified via in-app notifications about game status and refund processing.

4. Refund Requests

  • Refunds are processed only for genuine accidental/erroneous cash credits after thorough investigation.
  • All refund requests are reviewed within 14 days of submission.
  • Users must provide detailed information about the issue for proper investigation.
  • Fraudulent refund requests will be rejected and may result in account suspension.

5. Voluntary Discontinuation

  • Users wishing to terminate their account must email Support@z4rummy.com.
  • Any remaining balance will be refunded after applicable deductions, if any.
  • Account termination is irreversible and all account data will be permanently deleted.
  • Users must complete any ongoing games before requesting account termination.

6. Third‑Party Gateway

  • All financial transactions are processed via third‑party payment gateways, subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Refunds are credited only to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway and bank policies.
  • We cannot process refunds to different payment methods or accounts.

7. Promotional Offers

  • We reserve the right to terminate or modify promotional offers without prior notice.
  • Promotional credits and bonuses are non-refundable.
  • Terms and conditions of promotional offers may vary and are subject to change.
  • Users should read promotional offer terms before participating.
